My two sisters and I meet once a week, via Google Hangout, for a “Conscious Manifestation” discussion. We share our experiences, encourage one another, give each other feedback, and tell each other what we’re up to with regards to manifesting.
I believe that each of us – my sisters, and you and I – are powerful manifesters. We manifest everything in our own lives! Everything. People often resist that idea. It’s too scary to think that we manifest the shit that happens around us. But as I’ve studied more and more, and contemplated this subject, I know it’s true. Here’s the rub: We manifest with our mind – our conscious mind AND our unconscious mind. And our unconscious mind is running the show about 90% of the time! Do you know what’s “running” in your unconscious mind? Most of us don’t. Check how you’re feeling, right this moment? Do you feel run down, sad, angry, hopeless, scared? Or do you feel joyous, happy, grateful? Or somewhere in-between? Your feelings are a direct reflection of your thoughts. And your thoughts/feelings are what are manifesting your life. So if your life isn’t working the way you want it to, it’s time to start Consciously Manifesting.
I’ve been studying the Law of Attraction for about 25 years now. My understanding and use of the Law grows daily. In the past few years, I’ve really begun to “get it.” That doesn’t mean it has to take you that long! On the contrary. There are so many people like myself who are “getting it,” and sharing it. ET = Even Though
IDACAM = I Deeply and Completely Accept Myself
Starting on the Karate Chop (KC) Point:
ET I don’t believe that I manifest my life! IDACAM
ET I don’t manifest it all the time, anyway!, IDACAM
ET I want to believe that life just happens to me, IDACAM
(then tapping through the points):
-I don’t want to believe that I manifest my life
-I don’t want to believe that I have no control, either
-If I manifest my life, then I have to be accountable for it
-I can’t blame others
-No! I don’t manifest my life
-It all just happens to me
-I’m not willing to even consider that I manifest my life!
-That’s just too scary.
-But what if it’s possible that I DO manifest my life?
-How can that be?
-I never WANTED that thing to happen to me!
-I never WANTED to get sick!
-I never WANTED to experience that sadness!
-No! It’s not possible!
Take a deep breath. Let’s do another round.
ET I don’t want to believe that I manifest my life, I suppose it might be true some of the time, and IDACAM
ET I might manifest some of the things that happen in my life, IDACAM
ET this is a whole new idea to me, and it scares the crap out of me! IDACAM
(through the points)
-Manifesting
-That’s like creating
-I’ve never set out to create my life before
-Well, I’ve set goals, and sometimes made those happen
-But that’s different
-Isn’t it?
-I wonder if anyone else knows about this?
-It sounds too ethereal to me
-And I’m a grounded person
-None of these weird ideas for me
-This must be how people felt when someone suggested that the Earth wasn’t flat
-This must be how people felt when they first saw an airplane fly
-This must be how people felt when they first considered sending a man to the moon
-It really shakes up my belief system!
-That makes me nervous and scared
-This is all so new to me.
-I’m feeling overwhelmed by the idea
-I wonder if I don’t have to be scared
-I wonder if I can just let it sink in a bit before I react
-I wonder if I can simply consider the possibility.
Now take another deep breath. If you’re triggered by these rounds, do them again. And again if needed, to bring down the intensity, until you are comfortable (at a 3 or lower) about simply considering this idea that we are manifesting our own lives.
